Our client is a reputable construction company who are looking for an experienced Project/Construction Manager for a project based in Central London.

This project is 1 year in duration and due to start ASAP.

Project value is approx.

£5m.

Main scope of work will consist of Roofing, Scaffolding, General Builders Work and M&E.

This is the refurbishment of an existing building.

Skills & Requirements:

• Valid Management CSCS,SMSTS,First Aid


• Proven experience as a project/construction manager on a similar project


• Ideally experience working on projects in the value of £5m - £10m.


• Experience working on the areas listed above


• Good communication and leadership skills


• Knowledge/experience working with the client and sub contractors - working in collaboration


• Expereince using Asite (prefferred) or Viewpoint


• Commercial knowledge


• Working references - essential


• Will be required to interview with the client
