Responsibilities

, Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
, Lead, supervise and develop a team of residential staff
, Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted frameworks
, Oversee safeguarding, rota planning, risk management and quality assurance
, Deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager
, Promote a safe, nurturing and outcome-focused environment for children and young people
