The Role

• 
  

  Run your section to the highest standards

• 
  

  Deliver consistent, well-presented dishes

  Train and guide junior chefs

  Maintain hygiene, safety, and stock control

You

• At least 1 year as CDP or Demi CDP in a quality kitchen

• Passion for seasonal, flavour-driven food

• Strong on any section

• Flexible, reliable, and team-focused
