About the Role

We are recruiting a Sommelier for our client’s new restaurant in Naples, Florida.

You’ll design and manage the wine list, pair wines with the seasonal menu, and guide guests through a curated wine experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as Sommelier in fine dining or Michelin-recognised restaurants
• Strong knowledge of international wines and pairings
• Skilled in service, cellar management, and supplier relations
• Confident communicator with excellent guest interaction skills
• A team player who can train others in wine knowledge
