About the Role

We are recruiting a Sushi / Omakase Chef for our client’s new intimate omakase restaurant in Naples, Florida.

This is a chef-led concept, seating a small number of guests each night for a highly personal dining experience.

The restaurant is aiming for Michelin recognition in 2026.

This role requires proven experience working at a two Michelin star level or higher, with a track record in omakase service.

What We’re Looking For


  • Previous experience as Head Sushi or Omakase Chef at a two Michelin star restaurant (minimum)
  • Skilled in fish selection, ageing, and preparation
  • Precision and consistency in knife work, plating, and presentation
  • Confident presence at the counter, engaging guests in an intimate setting
  • Ability to lead and train a small, dedicated team
