About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join the opening team of a new fine dining restaurant in Naples, Florida.
The restaurant will focus on seasonal ingredients, fresh seafood, and precise European cooking, aiming for Michelin recognition in 2026.
You’ll manage a section of the kitchen, preparing dishes to exacting standards, while working with a talented team in a supportive, professional environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as Chef de Partie in fine dining or fresh food kitchens
- Strong classical training with excellent knife and prep skills
- Ability to deliver consistent results and work cleanly under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- A team player with a positive, professional attitude
