About the Role

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join the launch of a fine dining restaurant in Naples, Florida.

The restaurant will serve modern European cuisine with a strong focus on seasonality, quality, and precision.

You’ll work closely with senior chefs, supporting menu creation, training junior team members, and ensuring a smooth service across multiple outlets.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Sous Chef in fine dining or fresh food kitchens
• Strong classical background with excellent cooking and plating skills
• Ability to supervise a section and run the pass when required
• Clear understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
• A team player with a drive to develop further
