Operations Support / Assistant

You’re a highly organised and proactive Operations Support / Assistant who’ll help coordinate training events, manage purchase orders, and support day-to-day operations.

You’ll be central to ensuring everything runs like clockwork – both behind the scenes and with clients.

Working alongside a skilled and friendly team, you’ll coordinate training logistics, process and follow up on purchase orders, and make sure the right data, resources and information are available when needed.

This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and a calm approach under pressure will set you up for success.

You will be working two days in Derby, the rest from home.

This isn’t a role for someone who hides behind emails.

You’ll be trusted to take ownership of tasks, deliver results independently, and make sure both the team and our clients are fully supported.

You’ll enjoy juggling multiple tasks, working across departments, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
