Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

Due to exciting growth, they are seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage Director to join their diverse team.

Responsibilities of the F&B Director:  

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, guaranteeing seamless service and maintaining the highest quality standards
• Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve operational excellence
• Address all inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner
• Serve as a positive representative of the brand and its values both within and beyond the organization
• Cultivate a positive work environment for the team
• Recruit, train, and lead staff
• Analyze financial reports and devise strategies to optimize profitability
• Stay informed about local competitors, industry trends, and best practices to continually improve the food and beverage department

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to build and lead a strong team
• Financially savvy with excellent communication and organisational skills
• Passionate about food and beverage and providing exceptional guest experiences
