ServiceNow Technical Architect

We’re working with a leading ServiceNow Partner that’s looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to play a key role in designing and delivering world-class ServiceNow solutions across multiple enterprise clients.

What you’ll be doing

- Lead the technical design and architecture of ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, or other modules
- Provide expert technical guidance during pre-sales, delivery, and post-implementation stages
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions
- Oversee build quality and ensure alignment with platform best practices
- Collaborate with developers, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect or Senior Developer ready to step up
- Strong hands-on knowledge across ServiceNow modules, integrations, and platform capabilities
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and scripting (JavaScript, Flow Designer, etc.)
- Confident communicator, able to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ideally ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or CMA, but this isn’t a deal-breaker as proven experience matters most
