I’m looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead operations at a luxury 5-star hotel in Bucharest.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the F&B operation across restaurants and banqueting outlets, balancing service excellence with kitchen operations and building a motivated, high-performing team.

You will play a key role in shaping the F&B strategy at this iconic property.

Your Experience

• Strong leadership experience in F&B in 4-star or 5-star hotels
• Experience managing high-volume outlets (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
• Understanding of F&B KPIs, revenue growth, and cost controls
• Minimum 2–3 years in previous F&B Manager roles
• Luxury or branded hotel experience preferred
• Fluency in English is essential; Romanian is a plus but not required
• European nationality and eligibility to work in Romania

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and develop over 60 F&B staff
• Oversee restaurant and banqueting operations
• Manage Restaurant and Banqueting Managers, ensuring collaboration with the kitchen team
• Drive F&B revenue growth, cost control, and KPI performance
• Implement standards, training, and operational processes for consistent service quality
• Lead strategic initiatives to elevate guest experiences and redefine the hotel’s F&B offerings
