Financial Controller

Our client, a fast-growing foodtech scale-up, is reinventing food for today and tomorrow, combining creativity, technology, and operational excellence to deliver unforgettable experiences across Europe.

They are seeking a Financial Controller to join their global finance team, reporting to the Finance Director.

This high-impact role will oversee Accounting & Finance Operations across multiple entities, driving process excellence, automation, and financial rigor.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead management accounts, year-end audits, cashflow, and treasury.
• Oversee finance systems and implement automation across key processes.
• Partner with teams to scale the business efficiently while maintaining financial discipline.

Ideal candidate:

• ACA/ACCA qualified with 5–8 years in high-growth, multi-country businesses.
• Strong IFRS/UK GAAP knowledge
• NetSuite experience essential
• Proven leader with a continuous improvement mindset.
• French fluency is a plus.
