I’m currently partnering with an exceptional, quality-driven restaurant group with several renowned sites across London.

They’re now seeking a talented Assistant General Manager to support one of their flagship venues, driving service excellence, operational standards, and overall business performance.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced AGM or a strong Restaurant Manager ready for the next step to join a progressive and supportive group offering genuine development and a clear path to General Manager level.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager, or a confident Restaurant Manager ready to step up
• Solid understanding of P&L and business metrics
• A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service
• Professional, well-presented, and naturally people-focused
• Strong wine knowledge
• Composed under pressure with excellent leadership and mentoring skills
