Contract until Jan 2026, potential to go permanent

An award-winning London bar group is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join their flagship venue on a short-term contract from October/November 2025 until January 2026.

The role offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will support the General Manager in running a busy, high-volume site, ensuring excellent guest experiences and smooth day-to-day operations.

They will lead and motivate a large team, manage P&L and rotas, and assist with events, promotions, and staff training.

• The ideal candidate will have:
  Previous experience as an AGM or Deputy Manager in high-volume bars or late-night venues
  Strong people management skills and a hands-on approach
  Confidence in managing operations, systems, and service standards
• This is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact in one of London’s most talked-about venues and to potentially secure a permanent role with a highly regarded bar group.
