Support Workers Needed!

We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers for a new client in the W9 area.

The role involves working with adults who have a range of support needs including:

• Autism


• Mental Health


• Dementia


• Elderly care (including old age-related conditions)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred care and support in a residential or supported living setting


• Assist with daily living activities, emotional support, and personal care


• Work collaboratively with service users, families, and other professionals


• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

Shift Details:

• Includes sleep-in shifts


• Early, late, and weekend shifts may be required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a care home or supported living environment


• Relevant training or certifications (e.g., Autism Awareness, Dementia Care, PBS) preferred


• Right to work in the UK


• DBS must be on the Update Service, or we can process one for you (a fee applies)
