We are seeking a confident, hands-on Operational Manager to lead our premium visitor experiences.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in luxury estates, high-end hospitality, or exclusive visitor attractions to deliver exceptional, memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams across welcome, exhibitions, and curated experiences.
• Ensure every visitor receives a seamless, high-quality experience.
• Manage budgets, rotas, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with Events, Marketing, and internal teams to deliver integrated programs.
• Maintain health, safety, and compliance to the highest standards.
