My client, a leading third-party service provider, is on the hunt for a dependable and experienced Electrician to join a high-performing facilities management team across London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical repairs to ensure buildings are safe and operational.
• Complete general maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing, painting, and basic repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and testing (fire alarms, water hygiene, electrical systems).
• Support with security tasks, site inductions for visitors, and emergency call-outs as needed.

Requirements:

• 18th Edition Electrical Qualification and City & Guilds Level 3 (2330) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance with good all-round practical skills.
• Basic knowledge of general building maintenance (DIY, plumbing, repairs).
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, flexible approach to work.
