Job Responsibilities
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, your role will include:
Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences.
Working with individuals or small groups of pupils to reinforce learning and provide targeted support.
Assisting children with additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum effectively.
Promoting positive behaviour and creating a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.
Helping with classroom organisation, resources, and preparation of learning materials.
Upholding the school's Catholic ethos and values in all interactions.

Qualifications / Experience
To be successful as a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will need:
Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting
A caring, patient, and proactive attitude towards supporting young learners
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to inclusion, equality, and safeguarding practices
Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
Right to work in the UK
