What they are looking for:

• Must have led a high-volume kitchen at an Executive level
• Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a high-performing culinary team.
• Skilled in crafting innovative, seasonal menus that create an experience for the guest
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food cost management, inventory control, and health standards.
• You are a Powerhouse – highly driven, hands on and ready to jump in
