We’re seeking a talented Sous Chef to join a high-energy Asian restaurant known for its authentic flavors and elevated guest experience.
This role oversees daily kitchen operations, supports menu execution, and ensures exceptional food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, ensuring consistency and excellence in Pan-Asian cuisine.
- Support menu development, food preparation, and plating to brand standards.
- Manage kitchen staff, training, scheduling, and performance.
- Maintain food and labor costs within budget.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of culinary or restaurant leadership experience.
- Strong background in Asian cuisine preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse culinary team.
- Knowledge of food safety and OSHA standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
