SMT Technician

An exciting opportunity for an experienced SMT Technician, Bedford, Bedfordshire is available to lead a high-performing team within a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.

The SMT Technician, Bedford, Bedfordshire role is responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and assemble product to agreed quality levels to meet customer expectations.

The Key Responsibilities for the SMT Technician, based in Bedford include;

• Set-up and run SMT lines to specified efficiency and process quality levels


• Ensure product meets IPC 610 to the specified class

The successful candidate for the SMT Technician, Bedford, Bedfordshire will have a proven background in;

• Experience of running pick and place machines, X-ray and reflow ovens


• Creating DEK, SPI, Jet printer programs


• Previous experience in working from circuit and Engineering drawings
