My client are a family run business with residential homes and independent living services around the UK.

They are currently expanding and looking for team leaders for multiple brand new EBD homes.

The role would be assiting the manager in all aspects of the homes opperation, ensure all guidlines and regualtions are met, sleep in duties etc

Please note no sponsorship is available for this role.

The Role

• £14.75 per hour (40 hour contract)


• £55 per sleep in shift


• Variable shift pattern over 7 days

About You

• Level 3 diploma in residential childcare (required)


• Experience as a senior or above in a residential setting


• A full UK driving licence (preferred)
