Are you a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader who holds a level 3 in residential childcare? Are you looking for an opportunity in a brand new home?

My client are a family run business with residential home and independent living services around the UK.

They are currently expanding and looking for team leaders for multiple brand new EBD homes.

The role will consist of assisting the manager in the operation of the home, delegating tasks to residential staff, completing sleep in duties, ensure apropriate care and practice is adhered to etc

The Role

• £14.75 per hour (40 hour contract)


• £70.50 per sleep in shift


• Variable shift pattern over 7 days

About You

• Level 3 diploma in residential childcare (required)


• Experience as a senior or above in a residential setting


• A full UK driving licence (preferred)
