Head of Commercial Property
Location: Chester (Hybrid – 2 days WFH once settled)
Salary: Competitive + Profit Share
 
I’m working with a well-established, forward-thinking Chester based firm that is now seeking a Head of Commercial Property to lead their department and continue driving its growth.
This is a key leadership role in a respected firm where your ideas genuinely shape the business.

You’ll have autonomy, a strong existing flow of work, and the opportunity to develop and mentor a talented team.
The Role

- Lead and manage the Commercial Property department 

Run a varied caseload including: 

- Freehold/leasehold acquisitions & disposals
- Commercial leases & landlord/tenant matters
- Development work, options, overage & land matters
- Refinancing and investment portfolios
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Play an active role in business development and department growth

 
About You

- 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
- Confident managing files independently and making strategic decisions
- Commercially minded, collaborative and invested in long-term growth
- Ready to step into leadership - or already leading and looking for a firm where your voice counts
