This is a permanent, full-time role for a Prescribing Pharmacist (IP).
Person specification:
- (Essential) MPharm degree, OSPAP qualification or equivalent
- (Essential) Registration with the GPhC as a Pharmacist
- (Highly desirable) Independent Prescribing qualification
