We are currently looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Complex Safeguarding Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

The team deals with vulnerable adults in the community with complex care needs to help preserve their independence and wellbeing.

Implementing care plans and packages, completing necessary safeguarding assessments and MCA's are all key responsibilities.

The team works with a strength-based approach to ensure each care package is tailored to each individuals needs.

About you

The successful candidate will be a professional well versed in adult safeguarding proceedings.

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experience working in an Adult's Social Work setting are essential for this position.

A valid UK driving licence and vehicle is essential for this position.
