Person specification:

• (Essential) Experience as a Care Assistant for older people in a professional environment
• (Essential) NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
• (Essential) Experience working within a care home in a Senior Care role
• (Essential) A compassionate approach and willingness to help with personal care tasks
