Key responsibilities as Engineering Manager:
, Manage a team of approximately 10 Maintenance Engineers, Team Leaders, Maintenance Planner and Stores Controller
, Oversee electrical and mechanical workloads including planned and reactive maintenance across all production lines
, Drive plant performance through continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
, Support capital projects, ensuring effective budget control
, Manage subcontractors and maintain high standards of safety compliance
, Identify and resolve recurring plant issues using root cause analysis
, Enhance equipment reliability through the application of best maintenance practices and effective use of the CMMS system

Required experience and qualifications for Engineering Manager:
, Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or Maintenance
, Strong knowledge of EHS, PPM, TPM and CMMS systems
, Proven experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment
, Familiarity with producing RAMS, SOPs and maintenance procedures
