Court of Protection Solicitor (2 years+ PQE)

Experience needed: 

- 2+ years’ PQE in Mental Capacity/Mental Health work
- Experience of Court of Protection Welfare matters
- Strong client care, communication, and organisational skills
- Interest in working towards (or already holding) Mental Health (Welfare) Accreditation
- Understanding of Legal Aid is helpful, but support is available

What You’ll Be Doing: 

- Running your own Court of Protection Welfare cases with guidance where needed
- Working closely with vulnerable clients and their families
- Advising on Mental Capacity, Mental Health and Community Care matters
- Growing your skills through hands-on work and team support
