I am hiring a Maintenance Technician to join my clients facilities team in Rotterdam.

This role ensures the apartments and guest spaces are maintained to a high operational and safety standard through ongoing maintenance and repair work.

Your Experience

• Practical experience in maintenance, preferably in hotels or serviced buildings
• Hands-on ability across electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Reliable, organised, and safety-focused
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team

Your Responsibilities

• Execute daily maintenance requests and preventative tasks
• Conduct inspections to ensure building systems are fully functional
• Liaise with contractors for specialist work when needed
• Record maintenance activities and report recurring issues
