Beverage Director - Multi Unit
Corporate Beverage Director – New York, NYC – Up to $140k
We’re seeking a Corporate Beverage Director for a highly elevated restaurant group spanning across NYC.
You will be establishing vendor partnerships, and training the bar team to deliver an elevated, guest-focused experience.
Ideal for someone with a mix of strategic vision and hands-on leadership, who thrives in high-profile openings.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven success overseeing beverage programs in high-volume, luxury restaurant environments
- Strong network of vendor and supplier relationships in the NYC market
- Experience with Multi Concept operations.
- Expertise in menu creation, cocktail development, and wine list curation
- Skilled in inventory control, cost management, and training bar staff to deliver excellence
- Knowledge of both wine and craft cocktail trends with a passion for innovation
