Venue General Manager – Greece

Salary: €3000 - €3500 per month

Seasonal operation – start in February 2026

We are working with a fantastic operation in Crete looking for a talented General Manager to lead the team.

With an award-wining restaurant, beach bar and service and a casual restaurant, my client is looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for service and a strong Food and Beverage background.

About the position

• Manage the smooth running of all F&B outlets in the operation
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided
• Manage the venue’s P&L & ensure maximization if the F&B sales
• Identify marketing opportunities to promote the operations
• Engaging with local community & events to bring in new business
• Support F&B strategy and concept development
• Manage and develop your team.
• Administration and suppliers management

The successful candidate

• 3+ years of experience in hotel and/or restaurant management
• Fluent in English ; Greek language a bonus
• F&B and P&L management experience
• Have experience in leading and developing a multicultural team
• Strong organization & time management skills
• Have a passion for the industry and a natural aura and charisma
• Well organized with an eye for detail
• A dynamic and motivated individual with a can-do attitude
• A people person, with strong ethics

This is a hands-on position.

The operation is located in a popular destination in Crete and opened for the season.

Accommodation is provided.

Day operating hours.
