Finance Manager

I’m partnering with a boutique investment firm in central London that specialises in experience-led consumer businesses, and we’re looking for a seasoned Finance Manager to take ownership of financial operations across their portfolio of brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple consumer brands.

• Own P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet consolidation for the portfolio.
• Partner with brand leadership to deliver financial insight, commercial analysis, and data-driven decision support.
• Develop and track operational KPIs across hospitality and retail-focused businesses.
• Manage a small, high-performing finance team.
• Help build scalable, efficient financial processes as the portfolio grows.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
• Essential: Experience from an accountancy practice combined with hands-on finance work in the hospitality and/or retail sector.
• Strong technical accounting and commercial finance skills.
• Advanced Excel and experience with financial systems.
• A confident communicator who can partner effectively with senior leadership.
• A proactive self-starter who thrives in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments.
