Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Ringwood
Salary: £30,000–£32,000 p.a

You’ll run a cleanroom operation, keep production steady, and support a skilled team that values clear direction and good workmanship.

You’ll help the business stay on top of customer demand while tightening processes and keeping everything aligned with a strong QMS.

What you’ll be doing as a Production Supervisor

- Leading the team day-to-day, setting expectations, and keeping standards consistent.
- Planning and scheduling work so demand, manpower, and materials stay in balance.
- Owning the key numbers: output, efficiency, NCRs, and follow-up actions with QC.
- Driving improvement through CAPA, standardised work, and practical lean methods.
- Overseeing safety — COSHH, risk assessments, housekeeping, and good cleanroom practice.
- Protecting the cleanroom environment with proper routines, controls, and gowning discipline.
- Working closely with Quality, Engineering, and Planning to keep production on track.

What you’ll bring

- Experience as a Production Supervisor or similar in manufacturing, ideally cleanroom or regulated.
- Strong grasp of QMS requirements, traceability, and inspection processes.
- Hands-on experience with CAPA, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
- Clear communication and the ability to get the best out of a mixed-skill team.
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety, including COSHH and risk management.
