Job Responsibilities
As a Primary Class Teacher with Middle Lead, your responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality, engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum.
Leading a subject or phase area as part of your Middle Leadership responsibilities.
Supporting colleagues with curriculum development, assessment and teaching standards.
Ensuring high expectations for learning, behaviour and pupil progress.
Working collaboratively with the wider leadership team to drive whole-school priorities.
Contributing to a positive, community-focused school culture that promotes inclusion and excellence.
This role requires a confident and committed Primary Class Teacher with Middle Lead who can inspire both pupils and staff.
Qualifications / Experience
To be successful as a Primary Class Teacher with Middle Lead, you will need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong classroom practice and curriculum knowledge
Experience leading a subject/phase OR a desire to step into middle leadership
A passion for inclusion and raising attainment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
Right to work in the UK
