This concept is your go to for date nights, team bonding nights or just a fun night out with friends.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading from the front driving energy, culture, and performance across a buzzing team
• Owning the full guest experience across gaming, bar, and events
• Driving commercial success in a high-volume, wet-led environment
• Inspiring and developing a talented management team (with strong MGM support beneath you)
• Championing innovation whether it's new tech, smarter service models, or creative guest offers

What we're looking for:

• A charismatic, agile leader from a fast-paced hospitality or leisure background
• Someone who thrives in independent, entrepreneurial environments
• Strong commercial awareness and confident in managing large teams
• Experience in high-volume bars, late-night venues, or experiential concepts
• Passion for creating unforgettable guest moments and not afraid to break the mould
