Sales Engineer required for a leading engineering group delivering innovative solutions to global markets.

Operating for over 50 years, this internationally recognised organisation supplies high-performance products to some of the world's most demanding industries.

Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting for a Sales Engineer to join their team in Brighouse, West Yorkshire.

This opportunity is based in Brighouse, making it easily commutable from surrounding areas including Huddersfield, Halifax, Bradford, Wakefield, and Leeds.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Engineer will include:

• Build and maintain relationships: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with customers, external/internal sales teams, and agents to effectively secure profitable orders.


• Interpret customer requirements, Accurately understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions from our product range.


• Contacting clients by phone to conclude sales


• Negotiating variations in price, delivery, and specifications


• Reviewing sales performance and understanding customer requirements

For the role of Sales Engineer, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who have:

• Previous experience in a sales environment in Engineering or Manufacturing


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to plan and prioritise tasks effectively


• A passion for detail and strong organisational skills


• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team


• Technical understanding of valve specifications and data sheets
  

Salary & Benefits on offer for the Sales Engineer:

• Competitive salary - £30,000 - £35,000 Dependant on experience
