Beverage Manager
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000

We are seeking a dynamic Beverage Manager with 3+ years’ experience to lead and elevate the beverage program at a high-end private members club in New York City.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a passion for exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all floor beverage service and team supervision
• Drive beverage sales and staff training in wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic offerings
• Maintain inventory, POS accuracy, and compliance with all regulations
• Collaborate with senior leadership on financial and operational goals
• Lead pre-shift meetings and ensure service standards

Qualifications:

• 3+ years beverage management experience, preferably in private clubs or fine dining
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory/POS systems
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
