Person Specification

• Previous experience as a Home Manager within a large Nursing Home
• Strong understanding of dementia nursing care
• Experience as a Registered Manager with the CQC
• Excellent knowledge of care regulations, health & safety and quality standards
• Skilled in leadership, communication and team development
