Your Experience

• 5–7 years’ experience managing upscale restaurants or luxury hotel F&B outlets
• Proven track record in team leadership, training, and operational management
• Experience overseeing service standards, financial performance, and guest satisfaction
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Familiarity with opening new restaurants or pre-opening projects is an advantage
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset

• Lead the launch and day-to-day operations of a luxury restaurant
• Ensure exceptional service standards and a guest-focused culture
