Is looking for a forward thinking Housekeeping Operations Manager to lead their housekeeping performance across a portfolio hotels in London and the South East.

Requirements
- Proven multi-site housekeeping or hotel operations management experience
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent organisational and analytical abilities
- A positive, energetic, solutions-focused mindset
Responsibilities
- Oversee housekeeping performance and brand standards across 30 hotels
- Lead, support, and develop on-site housekeeping teams and suppliers
- Drive quality, compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and guest satisfaction to ensure consistently high results
