Is looking for a forward thinking Housekeeping Operations Manager to lead their housekeeping performance across a portfolio hotels in London and the South East.

Requirements


  • Proven multi-site housekeeping or hotel operations management experience
  • Strong people leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent organisational and analytical abilities
  • A positive, energetic, solutions-focused mindset

Responsibilities


  • Oversee housekeeping performance and brand standards across 30 hotels
  • Lead, support, and develop on-site housekeeping teams and suppliers
  • Drive quality, compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and guest satisfaction to ensure consistently high results
