Key Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between sites.
• Experience supervising teams in a fast-moving operational environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to delegate and problem-solve.
• Confidence dealing with clients, resolving issues, and supporting team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead afternoon operations, including handovers, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Carry out quality checks, support cleaning tasks when required, and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, handle complaints, and relay updates to management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and adherence to health and safety procedures.
