Restaurant Assistant Manager

Join a vibrant, high-volume full-service restaurant as Assistant Manager, supporting dynamic casual dining with elevated service in a lively atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations: staff scheduling, inventory management, and front/back-of-house coordination during peak hours
- Drive guest satisfaction through hands-on service leadership, complaint resolution, and team training
- Monitor financials, payroll, vendor relations, and compliance with health/safety standards
- Support GM in cost controls, shift planning, and fostering a positive, high-energy team environment
Requirements
- Proven years experience in high-volume full-service or casual dining management
- Strong knowledge in all things P&L – have had oversite in past roles
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software
- Rate: £45.7k per year + .
