We’re working with a stunning premium Italian restaurant in London and are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their friendly, professional team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a buzzy, dynamic venue that’s all about warm hospitality, excellent service, and top-quality Italian cuisine.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in high-end or premium restaurants
• Is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Has strong attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has a solid understanding of Italian cuisine (a bonus!)
• Brings great wine knowledge – WSET qualification is a plus
