Head Chef – New Italian Restaurant Opening, Qatar

So excited about this beautiful, premium dining, restaurant concept opening soon in Qatar!

We have been retained to find them a talented, strong and charismatic Head Chef with the following skills, experience and attributes:

• Currently working as a Head Chef or super strong Senior Sous chef, ready for next step up
• Background of working in high-end, international Italian or Mediterranean restaurants
• Worked in bespoke restaurants using premium/upscale ingredients
• Passionate about delicious food and ensuring guest satisfaction
• From an independent high-level restaurant background
• Good kitchen manager who can control costs and budgets
• A real mentor to his / her team and with a passion to train their team
• New opening experience beneficial but not essential for the role, as is GCC experience

Salary package Offered: QAR24k pm plus yearly flights, health insurance and working visa
