We’re looking for an energetic and driven Studio Manager to lead one of London’s most dynamic boutique fitness studios.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the day-to-day running of the studio, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer journey
• Drive membership growth and retention through engaging local marketing and community-building initiatives
• Motivate and manage a passionate team of trainers and front-of-house staff
• Monitor financial performance, staffing, scheduling, and service standards
• Act as the face of the brand, delivering energy, enthusiasm and results

About You

• 2+ years’ experience in management – open to backgrounds
• A natural leader who thrives on motivating others and creating a strong team culture
• Commercially minded, with a focus on hitting KPIs and driving revenue
• A passion for fitness, wellness, and delivering an exceptional client experience
• Confident, approachable, and always ready to lead from the front
