We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef for a prestigious modern Italian restaurant in East London.

The Restaurant:

• Focus on expertly grilled meat and fish using a charcoal grill.
• Modern Italian cuisine with seasonal, fresh ingredients.

The Ideal Sous Chef:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef,  or Junior Sous Chef.
• A passion for high-quality ingredients, with knowledge of meat and fish.
• Experience in busy, high-volume kitchens.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to run sections and train junior team members.
• A stable CV and a collaborative, hard-working attitude.
