My client is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team at this Boutique 4

* hotel in central London.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to bring their expertise and skills to the unique hotel.

As Restaurant Manager you will oversee the development & training of the team along with bringing the service levels to the highest standards.

About the position

• Manage and training the team to the highest level of consistency
• Manage the P&L, forecasting and budgeting
• Oversee the F&B outlets
• Take responsibility of the rota and the recruitment for the department
• Interact with guests and lead by example
• Report to the Operations Manager

The successful candidate

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Experience in a hotel would benefit
• Experience catering for events
• A born leader with a can-do attitude
• Strong knowledge of the industry and drive for best service
• A dynamic and motivated individual
• Someone with a passion for F&B
