They are looking for a Senior Assistant Manager/Floor Manager to support day-to-day operations and help maintain high standards across their venues.

The Role / Ideal Candidate:

• Support the AGM in the day-to-day running of the venue
• Experience in floor or bar management, ideally both
• Strong cocktail knowledge and a passion for hospitality
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Committed to delivering outstanding customer care and service
• Confident and engaging personality
• Enjoys developing and motivating a team through company training and career pathway programs
