What you will have
Sales experience or similar, e.g.

Estate Agency.

Recruitment knowledge would be beneficial but not essential.
Ambition to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.
Good work ethic and ability to learn.

What you will do
Develop your desk: industry knowledge, candidate contacts, clients, processes and on-line profile.
Work with your mentor supporting them and learning trade craft.
Grow into a 360 degree fully competent Recruitment Consultant.
